A tagged walleye was caught on Sunday 8-21-11 in about ten foot of water. There are still over 40 tagged fish in the lakes in Roscommon County that are valid for the contest. This years contest will end in March 2012. To the left is the new video glasses record while you hunt, fish, or watch your grandson/daughter play sports. They come in black and camo frames. Walleye:
Walleye just opened today for the season. Still haven't had any brought in, but hopefully some nice ones by the end of the day.
Pike:
Just opened today also, no idea on what or where they are being caught.

Bluegills:
Nice gills coming in, mostly being caught on a leaf worm.
Perch & Crappie:
Crappies are finally back in the canals. People are doing very well with perch minnows on a size 10 or 8 red hook.
