Now that the websites working and I can update we've finally got ice!!! There is 5" - 7" on the entire lake. Just always watch for cracks. Or as Lyman him self always says "be smarter than the ice". Don't forget you can use 3 lines per person this year. Make reservations for our shanties we've got all our shanties even our sleeper shanties.
Walleye:
Getting some good reports everyday from the guys that go out early. Most of the limits are coming from the Cut River area. Best fising in the 6' to 8' areas. Swedish pimples, jigging Rapalas, and William's Wobblers still doing best. We have Chubby Dauters and some of the guys are chatching fish with them. If you chatch a bigg one or even just a keeper bring it in for a picture and we'll put on the internet, but we won't give away your spot.
Pike:

But for the pike being caught right now most of them undersized about 1 out of 6 are keepers. Suckers and golden shiners on a tip up are doing well.

Small mouth bass
Bluegills:
Spotty at best, not many people out there fishing for them yet since it is Christmas week.
Perch & Crappie:
Some nice ones caught already. Using small pimples size 2-3 and same for rapalas. Best perch fishing in 8' of water.
